ABOUT THE COURSE

The aim of the course is to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary for successful project management in the mobile games industry, as well as to help them develop their own game. Growth Point will fund the creation and promotion of the student's game and provide full project support up to commercial success.

Target Audience The course is suitable for both beginner project managers and those who already have experience. Everyone can join - from beginners, to those who want to improve their skills and get practical experience in creating mobile games.

Course Structure The course consists of 10 modules that vary in length from 6 to 12 months. The program includes both online and offline meetings with homework and practical tasks.

Course Content: Key project management concepts such as strategy, planning, resource management, and task prioritization will be covered in detail. The specifics of mobile games, including development, testing, publishing, and promotion will also be scrutinized. Tools and technologies that will be used in the course include Asana, Slack, Figma, and ASO services.

Practical part Each student will work on his/her own project - a mobile game, from idea to release and promotion. The project work will be accompanied by team interaction with programmers and designers. Examples from real practice The course will include examples of successful projects, such as our popular Find Sort Match game, which has garnered over 8 million downloads.

Grading and Certification Students' work will be evaluated on homework assignments, projects, and participation in discussions. Upon completion of the course, students will receive a Project Manager by Growthpoint certificate.

Participant Support Forums, chat rooms and mentoring support will be available for participants. We ensure that we communicate with each student on a daily basis, discussing progress and assisting with any questions.

Additional Resources Students will have access to tutorials, articles, video tutorials, and other useful resources to help with learning and development in mobile game project management.
